We ship our products via UPS from Portland, Oregon. Here are guidelines to help you choose the best shipping option.

Standard Shipping

Take advantage of extra savings if you have the time! This option is available to all who live in the Continental United States, the 48 contiguous states.

About Shipping

ABOUT UPS: Saturday is not considered "a delivery day"
Example: if you order on THURSDAY and request Super Rush Delivery (2-Day Delivery), you will not receive your package in time - you should receive your package on MONDAY - So be careful, especially if your shower falls on the weekend!

However, Overnight and Saturday Delivery services are available to most areas (not all, call us if you're not certain) - with additional charges which will be applied as a separate charge to your card - it runs about $15 extra. If you are unsure of which shipping method, please call us toll-free at (866) 24-BINGO.

UPS DOES NOT DELIVER TO P.O. BOXES - PLEASE PROVIDE A PHYSICAL ADDRESS.

Please arrange to be at the location when UPS delivers your package. UPS carriers require a signature to release packages. Or, if you prefer, when checking out, please note under special instructions to have the package "signature released" or provide a business address where someone will sign for your package. If you choose to release the signature, please understand that BadaBadaBingo is no longer held responsible for your package.

DISCLAIMER: We and our shipping partners are not liable for unforseen delays due to weather and other conditions. We are quick and efficient when it comes to shipping. Please be sure you have allowed time for your package to arrive.

IMPORTANT NOTE: By placing your order through BadaBadaBingo's online stores, you understand that If an extra service charge is incurred through UPS due to incorrect addressing on your (the customer's part,) we (the company) will forward that cost onto your credit card and you are responsible in covering that cost. This includes changes of addresses once your package has left our office. Please be sure to include any apartment, suite number, floor number, etc. UPS considers omission of this vital delivery information an error and charges a service fee which is passed onto you. Of course, if it's our error we take care of that charge. Currently the cost is approximately $15 per change of address.

SATURDAY DELIVERY: If your delivery is to be on a Saturday, UPS and FedEX charge an additional $18-20 for this service. This charge is separate and we will obtain your approval before charging your card.

NON-PERSONALIZED ORDERS: Most non-personalized orders received before 11 am PST are processed and shipped the same or next business day (pdfs are processed within 24 hours).

PERSONALIZED ORDERS: Most personalized orders are started right away and only need 24 hours before they leave our office; however, some can require an additional 5 to 10 business days or longer. If your order needs to be processed in order to leave our facility within 2 business days, please choose the RUSH Option at checkout (10% personalization fee will be added to your shopping cart.) We will ensure your order is moved ahead of others that are in line.

Personalized items are non-refundable. Please double-check your order for accuracy.
We reserve the right to correct grammatical and misspelled words as needed. If your typesetting is created a special way and you do not want us to rearrange, please be sure to note this. We want to provide the very best end product for you.

CHECKING ORDER STATUS: With every order receipt there is a link you can click and check status. In addition, we also send a tracking number for each order shipped. This information comes from Endicia or QuantumView. It will have the status of your order. PLEASE BE SURE TO LOOK OUT FOR THE PRODUCTS which will be arriving at your doorstep! If you plan on NOT being home, please choose an address which will have someone home to accept the package. To avoid delays, ship to your billing address or work address.

You are responsible for choosing the correct shipping method. Please be sure your package will arrive in a timely manner. Not sure about transit time? See our map when shipping UPS. Remember to count tomorrow as day one. (If you are ordering over the weekend, you must count TUESDAY as DAY ONE.) Weekends and holidays are not shipping days. Unfortunately, with the amount of orders we receive daily we are unable to personally call each and every one, so please verify your shipping method.

STANDARD SHIPPING TIME. Remember to allow production time for personalization as well as transit.

• We ship within the USA, Canada, Australia, the UK and most countries in addition to APO.
• Ship to the billing address to avoid delays.
• Please allow one to two extra days for holiday weeks. The post office and most shipping carriers are closed in recognition of national holidays.
• Standard Shipping applies to the continental USA, the 48 contiguous states. Alaska, Hawaii (and Puerto Rico) are not available for Standard Shipping.

We ship International.
Even though we understant that duties, taxes and shipping costs are daunting, we have had numerous requests from wholesalers, distributors, party planners and consumers alike to ship our original games and favors internationally. Our products now are seen in Canada, Australia and now the UK.

We are thrilled that the shower stork has flown from the small town of Santa Monica, California and has touched the lives of events now worldwide in that the upscale shower games are being asked for everywhere! We love it! We want everyone to enjoy the connections, love, special moments and smiles that our games and favors bring. Please be aware that shipping may be a bit more for international shipping.
